To fulfill varying demands from customers in terms of excellent medical equipment, CMC Biotech Co., Ltd. was then founded in 1991 to give greater emphasis to customers’ requirements by distributing a variety of Toshiba’s medical equipment which could ultimately offer excellent services, efficiencies and effectiveness to all clients in medical business sections. By that time, its predecessor CMC Co., Ltd. had served the medical professionals for more than 50 years (since 1963).

As a joint-venture company, CMC Biotech Co.,Ltd. was able to take advantage of its close affiliation with many companies in the region and expansively build vast network of our esteemed customers to grow from strength to strength. With perseverance, hard-work and dedication to its corporate ideals, the company has grown into one of the leading medical systems suppliers in the country.

From its initial focus on the Toshiba Medical Equipment business, CMC Biotech Co.,Ltd has diversified into equipment for other departments of medicine through its wholly-owned subsidiary Thai GL Co.,Ltd in 1994 with renown brands such as Konica Minolta, Siemens, Canon and Infinitt. With the trust of the customers as the major factor and a highly motivated team, we intended to not only consolidate its foremost position in the field of diagnostic imaging systems but also establish a strong position in other medical modalities as well.

Later, Thai Industech Co., Ltd. was established in February 2006 with paid-up capital of 30 million baht and having CMC BIOTECH CO., LTD. as the key shareholder. Thai Industech Co., Ltd. supplied pipe & joint and material handling system such as conveyor system and UPS to various industrial sectors. Other than simply supplied components, the company also provides engineering services design & consultant application, and assembly & installation services for customers’ specific requirements. Recently, Abex Technologies Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 to supply a wide range of industrial products such as laser systems, fiber optics and measurement tools.
